Chad worked for TRC as a Field Engineer, taking on progressively larger roles within the company and working up to a Lead Commissioning Engineer overseeing various substation upgrades. He joined Electric Power Systems as a Lead Commissioning Engineer on the Maine Power Reliability Program and led the Commissioning and Energization of one of the first IEC 61850 integrated substations in the United States. Chad was responsible for the team of engineers performing the testing and commissioning of all 42 substations associated with the project. Before joining IRONHOUSE, he served as Operations Manager of the Maine/Vermont business unit.
